ACCOUNT MANAGER – AEROSPACE
Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the aerospace business segment.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations manager with excellent customer engagement skills to ensure customer orders are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements. The Account Manager is expected to grow the aerospace business through excellence in performing to customer expectations.
Experience Required
5+ years in a manufacturing management role.
Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management system standards.
Experience reading prints.
Experience using Lean tools is highly preferred.
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required.
Duties
Function as the primary interface with aerospace customers.
Coordinate with other company leaders in production and supply chain in the development and management of the master production schedule to ensure aerospace customer needs are met.
Collaboratively work with the team on problem resolution.
Understands internal and outside processing lead times so high-confidence delivery commitments can be made to customers.
Delivery of the expected financial returns for the customer account managed.
Coordinates and tracks RFQ responses to customers.
Maintains a clear and accurate understanding of customer agreements to ensure terms are adhered to.

CNC MACHINIST LATHE/MILL
Job Purpose
We are looking for skilled workers interested in joining a dynamic work environment.
Producing machined parts; setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Duties
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards and quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
