Dan DiCello, President: Mr. DiCello founded Dolphin in 1984. Prior to Dolphin, he worked for ALDI where he held various positions prior to being promoted to production manager. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the shop and controlling production.

Dean DiCello, Vice President: Mr. DiCello joined Dolphin in 1986 after beginning his career with Southwest Marine. Dean manages multiple high level clients and is involved with all aspects of the business. 

Barry Cardoza, Sales Manager: Mr. Cardoza joined Dolphin in 2004. He has a background in quality control that he developed while working for several firms in Silicon Valley. 

Joseph Vega, Quality Manager: Mr. Vega has been with Dolphin for nearly 15 years. He is responsible for developing and maintaining Dolphin’s quality assurance program.

Greg Barnhart, Workflow Manager: Mr. Barnhart joined Dolphin in 1998. He spent his first 12 years as a machinist. Since 2011 he has served as assistant to Mr. Cardoza and Dean DiCello.
